Fill out registration form and return with payment to Kids in Motion Dance Studio. Class space is limited and registration forms will be accepted as they are received. You must pay the first months tuition & Registration Fee to hold your dancers spot. There will be a $5.00 registration fee for all returning students and a $10.00 registration fee for new students.

Music Theater- a combination of acting, singing and dancing...$40.00/month
“Mommy and Me”.................................................................$20.00/month

Monthly tuition is due and payable the first week of each month. A late fee of 15% is due if tuition is not received by the 7th of each month. No statement will be sent unless your account is overdue. Tuition may be hand delivered or mailed directly to Kids in Motion. We also have a mail slot for your convenience. Tuition remains the same whether it's a long (5 week) or short (3 week) month. There are no refunds, reductions or adjustments in monthly tuition for absences. Tuition is non-refundable. If you decide to withdraw your child, written notification must be mailed to our office two weeks prior to the last class your child attends, or you will be charged for the classes you are registered for.  We will continue billing every month and guarantee to reserve your child's place in class until we are notified in writing by you.
